I have decided that one of the best ways for me to reach my goal this year is to write it down and make it public. This way you can all hold me accountable. I want to lose 30 pounds this year and keep it off! I always do really good with the weight loss at the beginning of each year and then towards the end it all comes back. Not this time! I am going to post my results monthly. So, to start, I am going to be very brave and tell you all my current weight. I am currently
175 pounds. I am hoping to lose about 7-10 pounds per month. Thanks in advance for being my support team!
